Mount Vernon woman accused of possessing 21 fake COVID vaccine cards

Diana Finlay was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

A Mount Vernon woman has been arraigned for allegedly possessing fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination record cards.
Diana Finlay was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
After being pulled over and arrested in Harrison for driving with an allegedly forged New Jersey temporary registration license tag, authorities say a total of 21 forged COVID vaccination cards were recovered.
Finlay is scheduled to appear again in Harrison Town Court on Dec. 7.
