The MTA wants to let railroad riders know they are bearing down and getting ready ahead of this weekend's snowstorm.
Officials said they have all the gear they could possibly need to keep things running smoothly, like de-icing equipment and equipment to keep trains running and platforms clear.
They said the best way to keep tracks clear from snow is to keep the trains running.
As of Friday evening, they had no plans on canceling any services.
"It is possible that we'll experience delays at the height of the storm, so we always encourage our customers to check the Train Time app for the most recent conditions with respect to our service," said MTA Railroad President Catherine Rinaldi.
