The MTA plans to place Bronx and city straphangers in the driver's seat when it comes to service.
The new president of MTA New York City Transit plans to hand out surveys starting this summer to commuters on the 7 subway line. The questionnaires will evaluate cleanliness, safety and customer service. There will also be a section to list improvements. The surveys are expected to spread beyond trains to include buses.
Transit officials say the survey is meant to address concerns and improve service.
