MTA train supervisor from Westchester rescues dog from being hit by NYC subway
It happened Saturday when Lucy bolted out of her owner's apartment in Battery Park City. She went down the elevator, out her building, and ran across the West Side Highway to get to the Chamber Street Subway Station.
