The MTA has unveiled a new Climate Resilience Blueprint that targets a 20-mile stretch of the Hudson Line between Riverdale and Croton-Harmon to protect against climate change.
Two years ago, a mudslide between Croton-Harmon and Tarrytown caused major damage to the tracks.
The MTA plans to rebuild key infrastructure, including drainage systems, retaining walls, and shoreline barriers, to fortify the line against future storms and flooding.
