A multimillion-dollar transformation is on the way for sections of Hudson Valley.
According to state Sen. Peter Harckham, every village and town in New York's 40th District will split $2.3 million. That money will go toward vehicles and funding nonprofits.
The funds will also be used to build playgrounds and parks, like Chilmark Village Park in Briarcliff Manor.
