In a sweeping vote, 86% of Nanuet residents approved a $59 million bond for the school district at the polls.
News 12 is told the money will go toward a four-year project that would include upgrades to restrooms, fire alarms and roofs, along with a new turf field, STEM classrooms and labs.
It will replace the old bond about to retire, which costs the average household $273.
