For more than two decades, Stop & Shop has teamed up with the Hudson Valley Food Bank to distribute Thanksgiving turkeys throughout the six counties - and this year is no different.

The Stop & Shop in Nanuet donated 500 turkeys to the food bank - which then delivers them to other pantries. The food bank says it has seen a 30% increase in the amount of people using it in just the last 18 months.

Former Giants player Stephen Baker joined the event to give a helping hand.

Stop & Shop is set to donate over 22,000 turkeys to food pantries throughout the northeast this holiday season.
