Ofori's will feature the food of Ghana-born Chef Lawrence, who made his first TV appearance on the Food Network series "Chopped."
He was a finalist on Season 36, Episode 3, called "Espresso Express."
His grandmother's cuisine ignited his passion and love for fresh, simple, yet flavorful food.
The restaurant on 982 Main St. will be open seven days a week.
