The New City man accused of murdering a security guard at an Ulster County rehab center was indicted today.
Richard Giga was indicted by a grand jury on murder and assault charges for allegedly stabbing a guard at a drug and alcohol treatment center in Ellenville last month and then stabbing a nurse he took hostage.
Giga was a patient at the facility at the time. He is being held without bail at the Ulster County Jail.
