A New Paltz man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a woman in her home at gunpoint on Tuesday.
Police say Anthony Lyman threatened the woman with a loaded handgun, stole some of her belongings - all while not allowing her to leave his presence.
Lyman was later in the day found by officers, still in possession of a loaded gun.
Lyman has at least one previous felony conviction, which bars him from possessing a gun.
He now faces numerous charges including robbery, unlawful imprisonment, and menacing.
