The new headquarters of the Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley is almost ready to serve local communities.

The facility is currently under construction in the Village of Montgomery.

Officials say it will be able to store roughly four times more food than the current headquarters.

Upon completion, the branch will more efficiently serve the counties of Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Putnam and Rockland.
