A New Rochelle orthodontist has pleaded guilty to assault in the stabbing of her ex-fiance's new girlfriend.
The Westchester County District Attorney's Office says Dr. Alika Crew, 44, entered her plea in County Court last Friday.
It was July 2020 when Crew snuck into the back of the victim's car parked on Hillandale Drive and stabbed her from behind. The victim suffered serious injuries.
Crew is expected to be sentenced under the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act. A sentencing hearing about that is set for July.
