Someone tipped police off about the incident after seeing men trying to break into a FedEx box on Harrison Street.

New Rochelle police arrested two men from Queens for their role in a FedEx and UPS mail scheme.
Someone tipped police off about the incident after seeing men trying to break into a FedEx box on Harrison Street.
When police caught up with the suspects, they had several hundred thousands in checks on them.
Police say none of the recovered mail appears to be from New Rochelle.
Both men have been charged for stealing property and criminal mischief.
