Police have made a fourth arrest in connection with a shooting earlier this month that shook a New Rochelle housing complex.
Officers arrested Jamal Sinclair of Mount Vernon following the April 4 shooting at Heritage Homes on Lee Archer Boulevard in New Rochelle.
Sinclair is charged with weapons possession and reckless endangerment.
Police said three other suspects from New Rochelle were previously arrested in the case.
