A Newburgh man has been accused of killing a Georgia college student.
Police say 23-year-old Jahvon Pittman is charged with the shooting of Georgia State University student Maxwell Fiandt, 20, in Atlanta on March 3. According to police, Pittman and another man, Hector Marques, ambushed Fiandt when he answered his door.
Police believe the attack was drug related.
