A Newburgh man will spend five years in state prison for selling fentanyl and soliciting a minor for sex.
Malik Ellis was arrested in February after a two-month investigation by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
While awaiting trial, Ellis was arrested again for soliciting a minor to perform an obscene sexual act.
Ellis will be under post-release supervision for two years after he is released.
