A Newburgh man found with a loaded gun inside his car during a traffic stop has been sentenced to five years in prison, according to officials.
Police say 21-year-old Romaine Calhoun was driving with one passenger when officers pulled him over in August.
After discovering that neither had a valid license, police impounded the vehicle and then discovered the firearm under the driver’s seat.
