THURSDAY - STORM WATCH: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy to start. A stray morning shower or two. Rain picks up in coverage and intensity into the afternoon and evening hours. Rain will be heavy at times with isolated, strong to severe storms with potentially damaging winds. Flooding will be possible. Highs near 68. Lows around 55, with improving weather after midnight. Clears overnight.
