13h agoNew York State Police say they arrested a suspect for stealing a car in Putnam County last Saturday.
They say Robert Kristoferson jumped into someone's car after the driver started the car but went back into their home to grab a bag.
Kristoferson faces a grand larceny charges and is due back in court on April 25.
