The Oak Hill Cemetery and neighboring Village Gate Condominiums are headed to court over who legally owns the land being used by the complex.

The cemetery says it owns the land and intends to use it. The complex however, says the land is theirs and has decided to take the cemetery to court over the issue.The dispute hits close to home for Linda and Sal Arico. They purchased their property in the 1980s and say they never imagined their property line would be so close to a cemetery.
