Hundreds of students and staff at Nyack High School were evacuated Thursday following a bomb scare. School officials say a note was discovered in the boy?s bathroom saying a bomb would go off at 10 a.m.

Hundreds of students and staff at Nyack High School were evacuated Thursday following a bomb scare.
School officials say a note was discovered in the boy?s bathroom saying a bomb would go off at 10 a.m. Police and bomb-sniffing dogs searched the school and after nothing was found, students returned to class. School officials say they think they know who is responsible.
Police say making a bomb threat is considered a felony and can carry a fine of up to $5,000 or jail time.
