Starting today, indoor dining in New York City is once again being put on hold.
The decision comes as the city's hospitalization and infection rates rise.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo says until those numbers stabilize, it's too risky to keep indoor dining open.
Restaurants can continue to offer outdoor dining and takeout.
