Two NYPD officers accused of assaulting a man outside a Yonkers bar in September may now face charges.
Authorities say the two officers were supposed to turn themselves in but did not do so. The officers, who have not been identified, are accused of attacking a man on September 14 outside the Rockin' Robin bar in Yonkers. Authorities say the 26-year-old man was beaten so badly that he may lose one eye.
Authorities say charges could be filed as soon as Tuesday or in the coming weeks.
