Once-missing Port Jervis woman in custody; faces drug, evidence tampering charges

According to online records, Heather Callas is facing drug charges and is accused of tampering with evidence.

A Port Jervis woman who had been missing for months and was recently located by officials is now in custody at the Orange County Jail.
According to online records, Heather Callas is facing drug charges and is accused of tampering with evidence.
The Orange County District Attorney's Office wouldn't comment on the case but said she was arrested in the Town of Wallkill and arraigned on April 17.
Callas was reported missing by family last August and was located earlier this month.
