The Orange County Health Department is issuing a possible COVID-19 exposure warning for two camps.
The department is advising residents that if they worked or their child attended Camp Veritas at Lake Champion in Glen Spey from Aug. 17 - Aug. 19, they may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Those who worked at or sent their children to the Camp of Champions at Warwick High School are also advised to monitor for symptoms of the coronavirus - particularly those who visited the camp on either Aug. 16 or Aug. 17.
The department advises that residents consider any public site in Orange County as a potential site of COVID-19 exposure due to a persistent increase in newly diagnosed cases throughout the county.
