An Orange County man is heading to prison after five years on the run from law enforcement.

Prosecutors say this man was sentenced to 20 years behind bars.

Dominic Mamaat, of New Windsor, pleaded guilty to rape six years ago.

However, after his initial arrest, prosecutors say he fled the country.

Mamaat was found in the Philippines last year and brought back to the United States.
