Ossining's police chief bids farewell after two decades of service

Thursday marked the official retirement of Chief Kevin Sylvester from the Ossining Police Department, after a career that spanned more than 20 years.
Sylvester, who became Westchester County's youngest police chief at the age of 35, was ceremoniously walked out of the Birdsall-Fagan Police and Court Facility on Spring Street.
