The owner of the company, Artemio Fuerte, is accused of withholding funds from his workers.
Six workers have been affected for approximately $23,000, including one man who says he relies on wages for his diabetes medication.
The Alianza Laboral of Westchester will hold a press conference Wednesday and rally.
