The Police Athletic League Summer Play Street Program kicked off in the Bronx and city Monday.More than 30 Bronx streets and playgrounds will be closed off weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children, ages 6 to 16, can enjoy a variety of activities including crafts, sports and dance.
