Parents at Rockland Middle School have filed a lawsuit against the Yonkers school bus company Mile Square Transportation for allegedly failing to vet an employee who is accused of sexually abusing two boys with special needs.
Stephen Johnson, the father of one of the boys, says the bus monitor, 18-year-old Bryan Rivera, forced his 11-year-old son to perform oral sex on him. Johnson says his son came forward in February, months after the incident.
Bryan has since been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and committing a criminal sex act.
