Local parkways are open again after being shut down by flooding from yesterday's nor'easter.
Parts of the Bronx River, Hutchinson River and Saw Mill River parkways were underwater yesterday and overnight.
The flooding on the Hutch was only about 30 yards long, but it was just enough to close down the road in both directions for hours.
The Bronx River Parkway was pretty much underwater from exit 21 at Main Street in White Plains all the way down to the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers.
