WHAT'S NEW: An air quality alert is up for the entire Hudson Valley through Thursday. While air quality will be running low for the next day and a half, it will not be anywhere close to what we had a few weeks ago, when the skies turned orange. Expect some hazy/smoky skies and those with breathing and heart issues should take it easy doing any strenuous activity outside.
WHAT'S NEXT: The rain chances are gone for Thursday and Friday. Another system approaches for the weekend, with a few thunderstorm chances popping up.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says partly sunny skies with warm temperatures are on the way for the end of the week.
