Officials say the Pelham Parkway malls will be getting a $1 million facelift.
The reconstruction project is part of a community-wide attempt to renovate the commonly used area.
Community Board 11 tells News 12 The Bronx that although it is not much money for the project, it plans to spend it wisely.
