PETA offers $5,000 reward for info on person who dumped dog in trash bag in Elmsford

As News 12 reported, the Chihuahua was found alive after spending 17 hours wrapped up in a trash bag and trapped in a storage bin.

PETA is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person who abandoned a dog in a storage bin earlier this week.
As News 12 reported, the Chihuahua was found alive after spending 17 hours wrapped up in a trash bag and trapped in a storage bin.
The person who abandoned the dog was caught on camera. Surveillance video shows a man getting out of his car and dumping the animal in Elmsford.
The SPCA of Westchester is looking for whoever dumped the dog.
It has since named the dog Rue and she'll be up for adoption soon.
