Phelps Hospital has unveiled the Thomas E. and Alice Marie Hales Caregivers Center, providing a space for those caring for sick loved ones to rest and seek support.

The center features a resource library, a massage chair, and a kitchenette, modeled after a similar center at Northern Westchester Hospital.
