News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says that a beautiful Friday is in the forecast, but keep your umbrellas handy this weekend.
NOW: After a beautiful day, southeast winds are picking up with a cooler feel on the South Shore with the marine layer of clouds moving in. Becoming cloudy overnight with patchy fog and drizzle.
NEXT: An unsettled weekend with the chance for a few showers Saturday evening but most of the rain will hold off until after 10PM. Expect rain overnight into Sunday morning with .25 to .75" of rainfall. Rain ends from west to east Sunday morning with an improvement for the afternoon. Temps then turn a touch cooler for next week.
OVERNIGHT: Becoming cloudy with areas of fog and some drizzle. Lows near 50 with southeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Sunrise: 6:02.
SATURDAY: Morning fog followed by mostly cloudy skies. A little bit of midday sunshine is possible. Chance for spotty showers after 5pm with rain after 10pm. Periods of rain at night. Rain may be heavy at times. Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. Sunset: 7:40.
SUNDAY: Morning rain with rain tapering off from west to east by lunch time. Partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs near 64. Mostly cloudy at night with lows near 48. 
MONDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs near 62. Lows near 44.
TUESDAY: Nice with mostly sunny skies. Highs near 60. Lows near 41.
WENDESDAY: Nice and sunny with highs near 59. Lows near 42.
