Car fire erupts in Downtown Brooklyn

One person was killed in a wrong-way crash on Route 6 in Orange County on Tuesday.

State police said the crash happened last night near Long Mountain Circle and the Turkey Hill parking area.

Another person suffered serious injuries.

Authorities shut down the road between State Route 32 and Long Mountain Circle following the incident, but it has since reopened this morning.
