State investigators arrested workers on Thursday from A & A Spa, Sun & Moon Spa and The Massage Spa.
.Jung Sook Kim, Enshu Kim, and Heni Zhou all face one count of prostitution and other charges.
They're due in court on July 11.
A & A Spa and Sun & Moon Spa have been targets of multiple police investigations and arrests in the past - most recently in 2019 and 2022.
In 2019, authorities said they had concerns about employees being sex trafficked.
