Police arrest 2 Poughkeepsie men in nearly 3-year-old homicide

Consuelo Leonard and Rodarius Smith, both of Poughkeepsie, were charged with second-degree murder.

Poughkeepsie police have made arrests in a nearly 3-year-old homicide.
The body of 64-year-old Paul Thompson was found in his apartment at 399 Main St. after police were asked to make a welfare check. His death was ruled a homicide.
On Sunday, police arrested 45-year-old Consuelo Leonard and 35-year-old Rodarius Smith, both of Poughkeepsie.
They were charged with second-degree murder and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
