Police: Bronx man faces multiple felony charges following Yonkers Marshalls shoplifting arrest

This was the second time this week he had been seen shoplifting and his 13th arrest to date.

A Bronx man is facing multiple felony charges after being arrested after police said he shoplifted at a Marshalls store in Yonkers Friday.
They said Franklyn Rosario was apprehended by first precinct officers for shoplifting in the Marshalls on Central Park Avenue. This was the second time this week he had been seen shoplifting and his 13th arrest to date.
He now faces charges including weapons and drugs possession, obstruction and resisting arrest.
