He faces felony charges in connection with the death of 20-year-old Richard Rudy of Pine Island. Rudy was a passenger in Moghaddam?s car when it crashed into another car on County Route 1 in Warwick. Rudy was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.Police say Moghaddam shouldn't have been on the road at all since he has a suspended driver's license.
