A traffic stop ended in a major drug and weapons bust Thursday in Putnam Valley, according to police.

State police say a Queens man was storing a handgun, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and other drugs in a hidden compartment inside the passenger’s seat.

He is now facing several drug charges and a weapons possession charge.

Police say he remains in county jail.
