State police say they arrested a Fishkill man who fired shots into Antonella's Pizza on Sunday afternoon.

Authorities say they found six people in the building, none of whom were injured. A .22-caliber revolver was also recovered.

Gary Bonventre Jr. was taken into custody a short time later.

He faces charges including attempted assault and reckless endangerment.

He is currently being held in the Dutchess County Jail.

A motive for the shooting has yet to be released.
