Police ID victim in deadly weekend Mount Vernon shooting

News 12 was told that 35-year-old Warren Clahar, of Mount Vernon,was sitting in his car Saturday night on South Fulton Avenue when he was shot.

Police say they have identified the victim in a deadly Mount Vernon shooting.
News 12 was told that 35-year-old Warren Clahar, of Mount Vernon,was sitting in his car Saturday night on South Fulton Avenue when he was shot.
No arrests have been made yet, but police say they arrested two people while attempting to render aid to the victim.
They were charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
