Police are investigating who spray painted sexually explicit images and words on a dozen homes in Sparkill over the weekend.
Investigators say the homes targeted were on Van Terrace and Lake Drive near Route 9W.
While most of the graffiti has been painted over, many residents are still shocked that someone would do this.
Police say they do not think this incident is related to the anti-Semitic graffiti that was spray painted on Cassie?s Restaurant in Orangeburg last month.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Orangetown police at 845-359-3700.
