A Mount Vernon man has been accused of stealing a Rolex watch from a Connecticut jewelry store.
Surveillance video allegedly shows Larry Johnson putting on the $27,000 watch at a Stamford jewelry store on Aug. 2. 
The video shows him pushing back his wheelchair, pepper spraying a clerk, and running out of the store.
Police say Johnson was arrested Friday during a domestic dispute call in New Rochelle.
He is being held on a $350,000 bond.
