Wallkill Town police arrested a man they say met an underage girl with intentions to have sex with her.
Police say during the investigation, 23-year-old Richard Rosa allegedly had sexually explicit material involving a minor.
Rosa, who is homeless, was remanded to the Orange County Jail.
