Police: Man assaulted 2 teenagers in Dobbs Ferry

They say Vincent Pappas threw a 15-year-old through the storefront window at the China House on Main Street. He then allegedly assaulted a second 15-year-old and resisted arrest.

The Westchester District Attorney’s office says a man is accused of assaulting two teenagers in Dobbs Ferry.
They say Vincent Pappas threw a 15-year-old through the storefront window at the China House on Main Street. He then allegedly assaulted a second 15-year-old and resisted arrest.
There’s been no information yet on what started the confrontation.
Pappas has been arraigned and is staying in the Westchester County Jail.
