White Plains police say reports came in on Wednesday of a man with a gun before the peaceful vigil that took place in the city.
They uncovered that Hani Saleh, 47, had a 40-caliber handgun, several outside state plates, in a car with a phony license plate.
Saleh was charged with criminal possession.
